The Mall of New Hampshire is located south of downtown Manchester, New Hampshire, just off Route 28 and I-293. The mall is co-owned and managed by Simon Property Group and was opened in 1977. After several major renovations and expansions, the mall now covers an area of 800,000 square feet in single-level fully-enclosed structure.
There are 125 stores and services in this mall and 5 anchor stores, including Best Buy, Macy's, JC Penney and Sears. Major retailers include American Eagle, Bath & Body Works, Bertucci's, Build-A-Bear Workshop, Caché, Charlotte Russe, Abercrombie & Fitch, Men's Wearhouse, Motherhood Maternity, Old Navy, Olympia Sports, Eddie Bauer and B. Dalton. There are 5 full-service restaurants in this mall, as well as 9 eateries in the food court. Dining options include Auntie Annie's Pretzels, Cinnabon, Dairy Queen, Ruby Tuesday and Sbarro. During weekdays and on Saturday, the mall is open from 10:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. On Sunday it is open from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Parking is free at this mall, but family-friendly amenities are scarce. However, prices are quite affordable and shops are accessible for people with a wide range of incomes. Mall of New Hampshire is also safe. There have been no notable security incidents besides the usual thefts and shop liftings.
There is no cinema at this mall, but those who want to take a break from shopping should visit the surrounding area. Precourt Park, Nutts Pond, St. Antoine Playground and Crystal Lake Park are located in the proximity of this mall.
